Shipping policy

Under a Freight on Board (FOB) Origin arrangement, the buyer assumes responsibility for the package as soon as it leaves the seller's premises. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage. Turbi is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit after delivery to the carrier. 

Seller is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances after the product has been handed over for shipment.
